FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $99+ applies to orders shipping to the contiguous United States, and excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Your order must total $99 before taxes and after any promotional discounts are applied. Please note that you may receive your order within 3-6 business days from the day we ship it.
Shipping Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00AM-4:00PM. Any orders placed after 1:00PM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Information: All products are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders will be sent via UPS in the continental United States. For all other shipping destinations, your product will be sent out via United States Postal Office, and we will contact you via email regarding rate options.
*If your item is on back order, a Stages West customer representative will contact you with details as to when you should expect your shipment to arrive.
**Please keep in mind that shipping days are the same as business days, Monday-Friday. No Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday deliveries are available.
Hat Handling Fees: All hats include a non-refundable $10 handling fee. This surcharge covers the cost of the oversized box and packaging needed to protect your hat during transport.
